Sweet and Sour Cooking Sauce in a Can 330g
An authentic Chinese Sauce with Rice vinegar and Szechuan Pepper. Potts' Sweet and Sour Cooking Sauce is a classic Chinese Sauce with a little Szechuan pepper for a bit more of a kick. Comes in a 100% recyclable "beer" can with a fully removable lid.
Make it traditional by frying 400g of diced chicken breast with a little vegetable or sesame oil over a medium heat until cooked through. Add the sweet and sour sauce and continue to cook until piping hot. Serve with egg fried rice or noodles.
Make it vegan by frying 300-400g of diced tofu and oyster mushrooms with a little vegetable or sesame oil over medium heat until cooked through. Add the sweet and sour sauce and continue to cook until piping hot. Serve with fried rice or noodles.
